We stock and sell Reinforcement / Deformed Steel Bars conforming to BS4449 GR 500B. Our Steel is sourced from reputed CARES certified steel mill from GCC. We also sell epoxy coated rebar conforming to ASTM A775/775 M01.
MS PLAIN BAR
We supply MS Plain Bar of 5mm – 12mm up to 12m lengths . to Grade 460 . Various customized sizes are also available as per customer requirements.
We manufacture and supply Drawn Bars of 5mm – 10mm up to 12m lengths. to Grade BS 4482 -1998/2005 and ASTM A1064/A1064M-18a Grade515 respectively. Various customized sizes are also available as per customer requirements.
CUT & BENT STEEL
One of the most important operations in the construction is the management of Reinforced Steel on site, we provide offsite Cutting and Bending of Rebar as specified in structural drawings and deliver to site when required, this allows implementation of just in time delivery and placement system at site. Our factory has a Cut & Bend capacity of exceeding 15000 MT, internal storage capacity of 4000 MT and an external capacity exceeding 200,000 mt. We ensure timely delivery through our company owned and maintained fleet of trailers.
We provide a parallel threaded mechanical splicing system, Bartec, for connection of reinforcement bar that guarantees an ultimate tensile strength of the joint to be stronger than the length of the bar itself guaranteeing the bar break under tensile stress. In addition to Bartec Couplers, we also provide End Anchorage Systems, Repair Grip Hydraulic Pressed Couplers and several other associated miscellaneous products.
A pre-fabricated steel product manufactured from cold drawn high yield steel. We manufacture mesh, 5mm-10mm, on automatic high speed welding lines ensuring consistent spacing and welding of wires over cross sectional areas. The welding process is accomplished by a controlled electrical process employing the principle of fusion combined with pressure, which fuses the intersecting wires into a homogeneous section without loss of structural integrity.
